By reserving entertainment with us, you agree to our terms, conditions and policies listed below …

This is a legally binding Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue (collectively, “Release”), made voluntarily by me, the undersigned Releasor, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor,” “I” or “me”, which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardian, (if Releasor is under 18 years of age) to D’s Dream Party  Entertainment. As the undersigned Releasor, I fully recognize that there are risks to which I may be exposed by participating in the dancing/activities described on our website is attached to and incorporated in this Release (the “Activity”). As the undersigned Releasor, I understand that D's Dream Party Entertainment does not require me to participate in the Activities, however, if I want to do so, despite the possible dangers and risks and despite this Release. With informed consent, and for valuable consideration received, including assistance provided by D’s Dream Party Entertainment, as the undersigned Releasor, I agree to assume and take the initiative on myself,  all of the risks and responsibilities in any way arising from or associated with the dancing/activities, and I release D’s Dream Party Entertainment and all of its affiliates, divisions, departments and other units, committees and groups, and its and their respective governing boards, officers, directors, principals, trustees, legal representatives, members, owners, employees, agents, administrators, assigns, and contractors (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, damages, actions and liabilities of every name and nature whatsoever, whenever occurring, whether known or unknown, contingent or fixed, at law or in equity, that I may suffer at any time arising from or in connection with dancing/activities, including any injury or harm to me, my death, or damage to my property (collectively “Liabilities”), and I agree to defend, indemnify, and save Releasees harmless from and against any and all Liabilities. As the undersigned Releasor, I recognize that this Release means I am giving up, among other things, all rights to sue Releasees for injuries, damages or losses I may incur. I also understand that this Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns, as well as myself. I also affirm that I have adequate medical or health insurance to cover any medical assistance I may require. I agree that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by law, without regard to such law on choice of law. I have read this entire Release. I fully understand the entire Release and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this Release with an attorney of my choosing if I so desire, and I agree to be legally bound by the Release. THIS IS A RELEASE OF YOUR RIGHTS, READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE AGREEING.

By reserving entertainment with us you agree to our terms, conditions and policies listed above.

1. OTHER ENTERTAINMENT AND VOLUME CONTROL (BOUNCE HOUSES ETC):

The client agrees to inform D’s Dream Party Entertainment of any other party entertainment or of the presence of a bounce house, slide, pool, or other recreational equipment that may be at the event.

Note: Although these can be an added attraction to one’s event, bounce houses, water slides, horses, and other recreational equipment can be a major distraction for the entertainer. 

2. TIME-LINE:

Due to our performers’ strict schedules, the client’s party timeline must accommodate that of the performer. This includes serving lunch.

3. OVERTIME:

Performers can be expected to stay only for the duration the client has ordered. A client must refrain from disrupting a performer’s start time and must not delay them from leaving. Failure to comply will result in the client being billed $4 per minute by credit card. If you decide during the party that you would like the performer to stay for additional time, the cost is $60 per half-hour and will be billed to your credit card we have on file or paid in cash directly to the performer. Performer availability after the allotted time is not guaranteed.

4. CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOR:

Our entertainers are hired as performers, not child care providers. As such, clients must monitor and take responsibility for any disruptive guest’s behavior.

5. LUNCH:

If serving lunch, please notify us if something with a staining agent is being served. All of our costumes are elaborately made; custom creations and some foods can permanently damage a costume.

6. CRAFTS:

Please notify us if glues and paints will be used which can also damage a costume.

7. TRAFFIC:

Here at D’s Dream Party Entertainment, we do our best to make sure that our performers are on time for your event. In order to better serve you, we request that you notify us of any unusual traffic situations in your area and may have a negative impact on a performer reaching your destination on time. Examples: Road Closures, Parades, Stadium, Raceway Events, Amusement Park, Highway or road that may typically have a lot of traffic etc. This will help in ensuring your performer is at your event on time. Failure to mention traffic-inducing special events such as those stated above, may result in tardiness.

8. PAYMENT AND GRATUITY:

Many of our performer’s work multiple parties. It is therefore important to have their final payment ready upon arrival. All final payments are made payable to the performer by cash ONLY upon arrival. Gratuity is not included in the final bill but is certainly appreciated in letting your performer know how much you enjoyed the performance.

9. OUTDOOR AND PARK PARTIES:

Performers must be shaded and hydrated for all outdoor parties where the temperature is hot. A performer must be kept out of any muddy, thorny areas and away from water sources. A clean, sturdy chair must be provided for all park parties.

10. WEATHER:

Performers are not permitted outside while it is raining, on days when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees or in areas where the ground or grass is wet. Our entertainers are often wearing heavy costumes & wigs. To prevent heat-related illness, please make sure that there is plenty of cool shade and iced water available for the performer at your outdoor event.

11. CANCELLATIONS:

Once we receive your deposit, we will reserve your desired time and date for you on the performer’s schedule. If you need to cancel, we require no less than 7 days notice (please review our cancellation policy). In the event of a cancellation, D’s Dream Party Entertainment will retain your deposit and gladly work with you to find an alternate party date within 365 days from the date of your scheduled event.

12. PERFORMER GUARANTEE:

Upon booking your event with us, we will do our best to guarantee a certain performer & character. However, booking is subject to change as illnesses or personal situations can arise. If your scheduled performer is not able to make it, we will do our best in replacing them with another performer.

13. CHANGES TO RESERVATION:

All requested changes must be submitted in writing to dee@ddreamparty.com. Changes will not be made until we respond back to you with acknowledgement. If for any reason you need to contact us during the weekend, please try emailing dee@ddreamparty.com. for a quicker response. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 11am to 7pm. Sat-Sun are “on call” office hours.

14. DEBIT CARDS/TRANSACTIONS:

We cannot guarantee that all deposits will be processed immediately. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to make sure that the funds are available, especially when using a debit card.

15. PERFORMER SWITCH:

On occasion we do have to switch performers due to illnesses or personal changes in their schedule. D’s Dream Party Entertainment reserves the right to make this change. 

16. GUEST COUNT:

Upon booking, the number of guests is set between the client and D’s Dream Party Entertainment. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to give us an accurate number of children invited, and to notify us if anything changes in writing. This includes both decreases and increases in numbers; unless the performer is given verbal consent by the client to stay longer.

Please keep in mind that our 30-minute parties are designed for up to 15 children. Client agrees to keep guest count to 20 children or less for the performer (this does not include infants and toddlers or teens).

17. MUSIC:

For all large parties, it is important that you provide your own music to ensure your guests can hear the music. The music player we bring may not provide the loud music you prefer. D’s Dream Party Entertainment will not play any music that contains explicit language.

18. IMAGES:

The characters pictured on our website are from previous events. Our costumes and performers may vary slightly from those pictured.

19. PARKING:

Customers are responsible for Parking fees incurred due to the locations of the event. 

20. COST FOR MILEAGE:

Customers who events are located outside of the mile radius by 20 miles, will be charged .60 cents per mile for the total of the round trip.  


We wish to express that it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters that we offer are NOT name brand copyrighted characters, and we make no attempt to market them as such. If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us. We wish to make it clear and known that we are not marketing any character which is to represent a copyrighted character. All costumes are generic and are made under strict supervision to prevent copyright infringement. All performers are independent contractors.
